We use unbleached flour, carrots, brown sugar, Chilean Flame™ raisins, Saigon cinnamon and cardamom for this great bread. The oil content is cut in half with organic applesauce. It has a wonderful flavor & texture. This is great with a cup of hot Earl Grey!

Oh, I love this bread! It uses olive oil as its oil base then adds lemon juice & zest, Saltana white raisins and sun-dried tomatoes, then topped with zest and toasted pine nuts. This only uses half the amount of sweeteners as a normal quick bread. This is amazing with a cup of hot tea!
