Oh, I love this bread! It uses olive oil as its oil base then adds lemon juice & zest, Saltana white raisins and sun-dried tomatoes, then topped with zest and toasted pine nuts. This only uses half the amount of sweeteners as a normal quick bread. This is amazing with a cup of hot tea!
