These were an experiment gone totally right! I blend sharp cheddar cheese, flour, butter, & spices. After a few minutes baking an indentation is made. Then it gets filled with red, jalapeño jelly. Then it bakes completely. These are a savory bite of DELISH!

This was a surprise! G-F muffins that had a really good taste. I use a Muffin Top pan to cook these evenly and it also gives them a great plating presence. This does contain butter, then is topped with decorative sugar crystals. Tasty & Pretty!

I love, love Halloween! These are a treat I make every year. The neighbor girls expect them. They are almond shortbread cookies rolled to look like a finger then an almond fingernail and pistachio wart are added with a little blood (colored sugar gel).
